If you wish to join the free agents list as a player, using the website, you are required to submit your name, address, and credit card information. CABO will collect
all your information except for the credit card information. We use PayPal to faciliatate all payment transactions, and only they maintain your credit card
information. CABO is in no way responsible for any submitted information that might be shared, distributed, lost, compromised, or corrupted in the
PayPal system. You may read their privacy policy for more information.
We do not share the personally identifiable information collected with outside third parties unless we have obtained your prior permission. However, we may
disclose this information in response to legal process or when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, for example, in response to a court order,
subpoena or a law enforcement agency's request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of the Site, users of the Site, and others. In addition, in the
event that the business to which your personally identifiable information relates is transferred or sold to another entity, personally identifiable information may be
transferred to the acquiring entity subject to the terms of this policy.
CABO reserves the right to use or disclose any information as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or other legal request, to protect
